Is this for real?? Mooning is NOT considered indecent exposure in MD, apparently. I don't really know what to think. Is it elsewhere?
This brings back memories of Christian college, where, during my last end of the year convocation someone ran through the gymnasium butt naked with a paper bag over his head... I can't remember which famous person attending had the grim experience of following that act, because after that I can't remember much else!! I doubt he ever got arrested, let alone found...
