Packing

I guess I need to start a packing list for Hungary. With Em being sick today, I started a mental list in my head that looks something like this:

Tylenol
Advil
Allergy meds
Inhaler
Prescription meds
Bandaids
Neosporin
ear thermometer
snacks (even the missionary is worried that there will be no kid food - EEK!)
lemonade packets for my bottled water
earplugs

Somebody, please, don't let me forget my clothes!

better add pepto bismol to your packing list. and bug spray. if i think of other stuff you may need, I'll let you know! bring sweaters. the first year we went to Holland for conference, we were told it would be sweltering. well...it was 50 and raining most of the time, so our raincoats and sweaters that I put in (literally as we were walking out the door!) came in very handy!!!

triaminic cough and cold strips are great for travelling, too. we've needed them the past two years. Airborne or emergen-c is also great.

Ah, yes... immodium. And I had originally put bug spray on the list, so I'll add that one again. Pepto for the kids and I'll try those cough and cold strips. My girls hate them, but if you need them, you need them! As for Pedialyte, even in delirium my children will absolutely refuse it! Sweaters - great idea!!

Grubby-ish clothes for the kids. Our first year I dressed them really cute, and they were filthy by night. I don't know if the place in Hungary has a huge dirt hill, but in Holland they did, and even the girly-girls were playing in it. I ended up throwing most of their stuff out before we left.
